Open Command Prompt as Administrator Now execute the following command: manage-bde -protectors X: -get where X is the problematic drive encrypted by the BitLocker Recover the BitLocker Key Through the Command Prompt Then, in the resulting window, note down the Recovery ID and Recovery Key. Now check if you can use that key to remove the BitLocker encryption.
